Vorab: wer über eine weite Strecke umziehen möchte, sollte dies unbedingt lesen !! Mein Umzug fand am 22.04.2016 aus einem kleinen Ort in der Nähe von Koblenz nach Offenburg statt (300 km Entfernung). Zuvor habe ich von vielen Umzugsunternehmen Angebote erhalten. Movinga war einer der Günstigsten. Nachdem auf den Bewertungsseiten viele positive und einige schlechte Bewertungen zu lesen waren, war ich etwas unschlüssig und sprach Movinga telefonisch darauf an. Man versicherte mir, dass immer mal etwas schief gehen kann bei einem Unternehmen, das deutschlandweit agiert. Die telefonische Abwicklung lief so gut, dass ich überzeugt war, das passt. Vor dem Umzugstag wurden verschiedene Absprachen getroffen, meine Umzugsgut-Liste wurde mehrmals gemeinsam abgestimmt. Bezüglich der negativen Bewertungen versicherte ich mich telefonisch vorab 2 x, dass die Verlässlichkeit auch wirklich passt. Am Vortag des Umzugs wurde mir telefonisch bestätigt, dass der Umzugs-LKW zwischen 7.00 Uhr und 8.00 Uhr vor der Haustür stehen wird.

Beide waren sehr nett, jedoch war die Sprachbarriere ein echtes Handicap. Man versicherte mir, dass auf jeden Fall einer der Umzugsfachmänner perfekt deutsch spricht. Letztendlich gelang es dann den beiden Herren um 16.30 Uhr (da wollten wir schon lange wieder am Zielort ausgepackt haben), mit meinen Möbeln so lange Tetris zu spielen, bis irgendwie alles verstaut war. Der LKW war völlig überladen und als wir dann abends um 21.00 Uhr unter der Kontakt-Mobil-Funknummer nachfragten, wo denn der LKW bleibt, mussten wir erfahren, dass dieser eine Panne hatte und erst am nächsten Tag kommen würde. Inzwischen war es sowieso dunkel - hätte also sowieso nicht mehr gepasst. Nachdem ich um 8.00 Uhr am nächsten Morgen noch nichts gehört hatte, rief ich bei Movinga an und drohte mit Polizei, damit ich erfahre, wo denn mein Hab und Gut steckt. Sie ist echt so dreckig - ekelhaft. Und das schlimmste war.. meine Umzugskartons wurden in der neuen Wohnung auf die Matratze gestellt/gelagert. Und als ich abends endlich in mein Bett wollte, sehe ich auch warum diese darauf gelagert wurden. Die Matratze ist mit Blut verschmiert!! Und darauf haben mich die Umzugshelfer nicht hingewiesen!!

Die Umzugshelfer wollten nur noch Feierabend haben und es ging alles schnell schnell. Es stellte sich heraus das mein Umzug der 2. an diesem Tag war. Sonst wollte man nicht los fahren. Ich mußte dem Fahrer 300 Euro bei Ankunf bezahlen..Das ist total unseriös. Bitte tut euch das nicht an. Diese Anbieter haben von Umzügen wirklich keine Ahnung. Das ist Abzocke. Und Möbel hat man auch keine mehr. Das ist keine Umzugsfirma, sowas nenne ich Spermüll entsorgung. Die verwechseln da was. Ich werde diese Umzugsfirma verklagen und meine Möbel ersetzen lassen. Werde das nie vergessen. Werde Stern TV informieren.
